My Boy Will Soon Be A Man
How will I bring up my child if the little creature is a boy?
Will I teach him to smile with his eyes or with his mouth?
Will I teach him the language of a cold hand?
Will I teach him the language of the Elephant Man?
How will I tell him that I did not know?
That he was two when his father was a "no show"?
That he was four when his mommy fled through a dark door?
That he was 25 when I finally came around,
only to witness Death and its loyal Hound.
